The Quality Assurance Technician supportsmanufacturing operations by assisting with quality- and scrap-related issuesacross all shifts. This position is responsible for collecting and testingsamples, maintaining quality records, conducting inspections and audits, andsupporting continuous improvement initiatives within the Quality ManagementSystem (QMS). The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and proactivein problem-solving and collaboration.

• Ability to interpret and understand blueprints and technical drawings (preferred)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with quality tools and methods such as gauge, R&R, capability studies, and root cause anlysis.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic data analysis tools.
• Excellent organizational and communicational skills.
